Sweet Tart Moonshine Recipe

This recipe is extremely easy. It’s two ingredients and totally up to you how to create the sour flavors. Stored in mason jars, this will last about a month. But, it will take about a week to make, so plan ahead.

For one jar:

Pour 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup of Sweet Tarts candy into the bottom of a 8 to 10oz mason jar. Fill the jar with Everclear (about 1 cup) and put on the lid. Shake for a few minutes and then store in a cool dark place. Every day shake the jar one to two times. After a week, strain the liquid, to get rid of any candy residue and pour back into the mason jar.

Helpful tip: You can separate the Sweet Tarts by color so the jar only as one flavor, or go crazy and combine all of the flavors for a burst of sweet tart flavor.
